Registration

Q: How do I register?

A: 1. Click on "Register" on the top right corner.

2. Fill in all the information and click "Submit".

Q: What are Reward Points?

A: By registering and ordering through an account with us, you are entitled to earning reward points for every order delivered.

You earn 1 point for every S$1 spent. Every 100 points earned allows you to offset S$1 for your future purchases!

Reward points expire in 12 months from the date of delivery. Any unredeemed points beyond its 12 months’ validity period shall be forfeited. No extension of points beyond their validity period shall be entertained. Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Ordering

Q: How do I place my order?

A: 1. Select the products that you want, choose the quantity and click "Add to cart".

2. Click on "My Cart". Verify your order. You may also edit quantity in your cart. You can also use your Reward Points or Discount Code (if any). Click on "Proceed to Checkout".

3. Enter the "Billing Information", "Shipping Information", "Shipping Method", "Payment Information" and "Delivery Information" (freezer collection date & time required for delivery with freezer).

4. Verify your order in "Order Review" before clicking on "Place Order".

5. You will receive an order confirmation via your email and a sales personnel will contact you within 1 working day.

Q: How long in advance do I need to place my order?

A: Please submit your order at least 1 working day (from Monday to Friday) by 4pm before the requested delivery date.

Q: Can I cancel/postpone my order?

A: Yes, you may cancel your order. Please email or call us at 6872 8916 at least 1 working day (before 4pm) in advance.

Q: Can I mix and match different brands and products?

A: Yes, you may mix and match them. However, purchases have to be made in full cartons.

Delivery and Self-Collection

Q: Will there be any delivery charges for the ice cream?

A: We provide free delivery during our delivery hours with minimum purchase of S$53.50 in mainland Singapore and Sentosa. Delivery to Jurong Island during our delivery hours requires a minimum purchase of S$220 (without discount).

Q: What are your delivery hours?

A: Our delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and Saturday, 10am to 12pm (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Q: Will there be any discount for my delivery purchases?

A: Yes, you will enjoy the following discounts:

Q: What if I do not meet the minimum order amount of S$53.50?

A: You may consider walk-in purchase at our office (235 Pandan Loop) or pay a delivery charge of S$21.40.  You may also visit your nearest retailer. For walk-in, purchase has to be in full carton only. Minimum purchase is S$32.10. Foam box and dry ice will only be provided for minimum purchase of $53.50.

Q: What are your self-collection hours?

A: Our self-collection hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (avoid 12-1pm) and Saturday, 8.30am to 11.30am (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Q: Will there be additional discount for self-collection?

A: Yes, you will enjoy the following discounts:

Q: What if I require delivery on a Saturday (after delivery hours), Sunday or Public Holiday?

A: As our system automatically blocks out delivery dates and timings out of our delivery hours, you may select a nearest delivery date and timing when ordering and write us a comment at "Order Review" section before clicking on "Place Order". We will call you to confirm your order. There will be additional transport charge and delivery slots are subject to availability. Please contact us for more details.

Q: How will the ice cream be packed for delivery?

A: The ice cream will be unpacked from its original carton box and packed in foam box with dry ice.

Q: How long can the dry ice keep the ice cream frozen?

A: The dry ice will be able to keep the ice cream frozen for 4 hours with the foam box sealed. You may purchase additional dry ice to keep the ice cream frozen for a longer period of time. 1 kg of dry ice can keep the ice cream frozen for about 2 hours.

Freezer

Q: Will you provide a freezer for ice cream storage?

A: We can provide a freezer for ice cream purchase of S$440 and above.  If this amount is not met, it will be subject to an S$85.60 freezer charge. Freezer(s) will be assigned according to your order. Request for specific freezer is subject to availability.

Q: How long can I rent the freezer?

A: Every S$440 ice cream purchase entitles for a maximum freezer rental of 3 days. Rental for more than 3 days without additional orders is subject to additional charge of S$85.60 per week per freezer.

Q: How does freezer collection works?

A: We will collect the freezer back after your event. Please input the freezer collection date & time in the "Freezer Collection Date and Time" comment box in "Delivery Information" section when checking out your order.

Q: What is the power consumption for your freezers?

A: Each freezer requires 220-240V power supply with 13 amp socket.

Q: What additional accessories can you provide if I order 4.8L/5L/6L Tubs ice cream to be delivered with freezer?

A: We are able to loan metal scoops, scoop bin and key lock. You will need to purchase your own plastic cups and spoons.

Q: How am I responsible for the freezer(s) and accessories?

A: Please help to safeguard the freezer(s) and accessories provided in trust for your event till freezer collection by our company staff. Customers are liable to pay for any damages or loss of freezer(s) and/or accessories.

Payment

Q: What are the various payment modes?

A: We accept cash or cheque upon delivery, bank transfer (at least 2 working days in advance) and e-invoice (Vendors @ Gov).
